COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

- You must come alone. No children allowed unless they are being serviced. 

​

- A new clean mask will be given to you, mask must be worn at all times during service unless you are receiving facial services. 

​

- Hand sanitizer will be administered upon your entry

​

- Temperature will be taken, if you have a fever no service will be rendered 

​

- Must fill out short health questionnaire 

​

- Disposable capes will be used

​

-Before and After each client  I will clean, disinfect, and sanitize the room and all equipment used for services.

 Booking/Services: Appointment only, days and times are limited due to COVID-19 still being very active and the amount of time that it takes to properly clean after each person. My number one priority is the safety and well being of us all.  Please review the list  of services and request more info for instructions on how to make an appointment. Majority of the services I provide are listed. However, because of my versatile skill set I will be consistently adding or updating services to the list. If you do not see a service listed feel free to write me and inquire about it. Once you have selected a service and requested an appointment,  I will be in correspondence with you to confirm your appointment. At which time a $15 dollar deposit  through CASH APP is required to secure your spot.  Please send all cash app deposits to Kendra Baldwin $PayLikeUway  your $15 deposit will go towards your service. Please see late/cancellation section for terms and conditions of the deposit refund.

Age Requirements: 5 and older to receive services. 

​

Forms of payment & Pricing: Prices are non negotiable and are reflective of the additional steps and items needed to best service you safely. Forms of payment I accept is Cash and or CASH APP, make all CASH APP payments to Kendra Baldwin $PayLikeUway

Late/Cancellation and No-shows: No call or no show will automatically result in forfeit of your deposit . A 15 to 20min grace period will be given, anything after that you will need to contact me to see if I will still be able to service you. I understand that unforeseen things happen so all clients are given a 1 time pass to cancel or reschedule last min and get your deposit back. However, moving forward a 24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to receive a deposit back.

Privacy: Any health information collected from you will remain private and only be used to help me best service you.
