Cancellation Policy

No call or no show will automatically result in forfeit of your deposit. A 15 to 20min grace period will be given anything after that you will need to contact me to see if I will still be able to service you. I understand that unforeseen things happen so all clients are given a 1 time pass to cancel or reschedule last min and receive a refund back. However, moving forward to cancel or reschedule an appointment a 24hr notice is required to receive a deposit back.
